Anchiceratops was a genus of ceratopsid dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period, about 74 to 70 million years ago, in what is now North America. It belonged to the family of horned dinosaurs, characterized by its large frill and distinctive horns on its face. The frill was shorter compared to other ceratopsians but still had a pair of notable, large openings or fenestrae.

The Anchiceratops had three prominent facial horns: a small nasal horn above its beak and two larger brow horns above its eyes. These horns likely served as defense mechanisms against predators, though they might have also been used in social displays or combat with other members of the species.
